So far, slow good.
Started physio last week. Had electrodes shot into my shoulder. To be honest I was skeptical about physio. But man, it feels great now. The pain is virtually there no more. I do feel a little, once in a while but it’s a big improvement from just one session. Therapist recommended 2 to 3 sessions. I’ll go for as many as it takes. Been off the weights completely from his advice. Since my hip flexors are also slightly fucking up, I have stopped weight training completely. Have been alternating between LISS and HIIT cardio. Diet has been quite in check. Weighing scale has been showing drops in weight. But i’m just worried this includes muscle loss. Aim was to hit 90 kg by the time I go to Phuket, but since I’ve been off the weights, progress has been slow. I’m at 94.8 kg as weighed on Monday. Well, some loss is better than no loss and definitely better than gains!
Also came across this recipe for a high protein nut cake from the stunning Zuzana of BODYROCK.TV. It’s no Awfully Chocolate, but it helps curb my sweet tooth and night snacking. Still perfecting it. Kinda dry.
