A weight off my shoulder.
Physio day was yesterday. Told the therapist I was feeling much better since the last time I saw him. After which I got the electrode treatment and an ultrasound. And then he proceeded to stretch my neck for me. And now my neck hurts. . . I don’t know if it’s a medical conspiracy to make me hurt constantly so they get paid more. . . oh well. Anyways, also told him that the hip flexors are hurting and he immediately went ” You know what is your problem? You don’t do proper warm up! Warm up properly for 10 minutes .” I thought to myself “who the fuck warms up for 10 minutes. . . ” Basically, I am gonan stay off the weights till i return from Phuket. Let it heal. I guess I have to work with cardio alone. AGH! I am really afraid of losing my muscles. FML. Gotta keep the diet much tighter as I’m quite sure my BMR is gonna drop from the lack of weights. FML, really.
